DartMUN strives to be one of the most affordable high-school Model UN Conferences. These are the costs that school delegations can expect to incur by attending the conference. Unfortunately, given how low our delegate fees are, we cannot provide any financial assistance program this year. If you foresee costs being a major issue, however, please contact us and we can try to work something out.
Delegate fees for DartMUN XIII will be $45 per delegate. There is no fee for advisors.
DartMUN does not offer hotel accommodations for its delegates. Schools must find these on their own. Hotel rates in the Hanover area range from $60 to $150 per night for a four-person room. Unfortunately, there are no inexpensive hotels within walking distance of the campus. There are several inexpensive options located in White River Junction, VT, and Lebanon, NH – both of which are less than a ten-minute drive from Dartmouth College.
All schools and delegates are responsible for their own transportation arrangements to and from the conference as well as during the conference. Local schools may choose to commute daily, but others traveling greater distances will need to plan transportation between campus and their hotel.
Delegates are responsible for their own meals. Restaurant prices in Hanover range from affordable to expensive; you can easily get a filling meal for around $10-12 if you plan accordingly. Don’t hesitate to ask our staff for help choosing and locating restaurants in Hanover. Please note that delegates are not allowed to eat at campus dining facilities.
